    Founded 4|5|3 Law Firm in March, 2000. He previously practiced at Moore Stephens (1994-200) in the Corporate and Litigation Department. Toni’s practice mainly involves corporate, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity work. A substantial part of his practice is of a cross-border nature. He has extensive experience of international transactions involving a number of overseas jurisdictions in a variety of business sectors.

    He also has wide experience in all aspects of major litigation and arbitration, handling complex and substantial commercial disputes of a varied nature.
