Experience

Skilful lawyer with more than twenty years of experience in defending clients before courts and in arbitrations (institutional and ad hoc), having developed his career in both Spain and the United Kingdom. In 2009, he joined the firm RocaJunyent, where he assumed the legal management of proceedings concerning contract law, banking law matters, distribution contracts, agency, unfair competition, damages related to competition law infringement, corporate conflicts, intellectual and industrial property, directors’ liability, and challenging corporate agreements, among others.

Experience and knowledge in financing legal proceedings through litigation funds, both national and foreign (based in the United Kingdom). Registered with E-curia (Court of Justice of the European Union) since July 2014.

Previously, he practiced as a lawyer in London (UK) at several prestigious London firms.

In September 2025, he joins 4|5|3 as a partner responsible for the firm’s Litigation Department.

Since 2020, Contracted Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Economics and Business (UB).

Since 2015, School of Legal Practice, Barcelona Bar Association. Co-tutor of the Civil Procedural Law module.
