Since 2009, Senior Associate at Roca Junyent, SLP, where he has led legal proceedings in matters of general contract law, banking law, distribution agreements, agency agreements, unfair competition, damages related to competition law infringement, corporate disputes, intellectual and industrial property, directors’ liability, and challenges to corporate resolutions.
Experience and knowledge in financing legal proceedings through litigation funds, both national and foreign (based in the United Kingdom). Registered with E-curia (Court of Justice of the European Union) since July 2014.
Previously, he practiced as a lawyer in London (UK) at several prestigious London firms.
In September 2025, he joins 4|5|3 as a partner responsible for the firm’s Litigation Department.
Since 2020, Contracted Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Economics and Business (UB).
Since 2015, School of Legal Practice, Barcelona Bar Association. Co-tutor of the Civil Procedural Law module.
