Javier is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and the Spanish arbitration club; he joined 4|5|3 Law Firm in January 2018. Before that, he practiced at Big Four law firms as well as multinational companies.
On January 1st 2024 he was promoted to Partner at 4|5|3 Law Firm.
He has experience advising corporate, financial institutions as well as individual persons on a wide range of litigation matters, such as agency disputes, commercial litigation, contract claims, professional negligence, banking disputes and product liability.
Civil and Commercial litigation and arbitration are his main areas of practice.
He is also counts with excellent negotiation skills
