22/06/2021.- Our firm has advised the partners of Infinitec de Activos in the sale of their shares (100% of the capital) to the German multinational Evonik (who has been advised by Cuatrecasas).
Our firm had advised the different investment rounds carried out by the Barcelona-based company, which we have accompanied since its inception more than 15 years ago, during which its partners have made Infinitec Activos a benchmark in the cosmetics sector.
The integration of the Infinitec business into Evonik’s Care Solutions Division reinforces Evonik’s active ingredients delivery business and its Nutrition & Care Division.
The transaction has been led by the lawyers of the M&A team of 4|5|3 Javier Corrales and Marta Cacho.
