17/09/2021.- The Barcelona-based company Netmind has joined BTS group, a consultancy group with a global presence, internationally renowned for their focus on the people side of strategy.
BTS is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and employs more than 1,000 professionals in 34 offices spread across six continents.
After the acquisition, Netmind will continue to operate independently as a business unit of BTS specialized in solutions for digital transformation and agile.
The acquisition included an initial cash consideration as well as a new issue of BTS shares of 0.5 MEUR. Additional considerations will be paid out in 2023-2025 provided Netmind meets specific targets 2022-2025.
